Kiosk Pre-Installation Guide
Complete this checklist before your installation date to ensure a smooth, professional setup. Every item here is required — don't skip ahead.
Pre-Installation Checklist
Verify every item below with your team before your scheduled installation date. These are non-negotiable requirements.
Confirm kiosk has access to a 120V / 25-amp grounded outlet on a dedicated circuit. Circuit must maintain at least 105V under load.
CriticalConfirm all doorways are wide enough for delivery. Kiosk dimensions: 43" W × 37" D × 76" H.
CriticalKiosk must be placed indoors and away from all heat sources. Outdoor or high-heat environments void warranty and affect performance.
Area between loading dock and installation site must be free of obstacles. Flooring must be reasonably level with no stairs. Shipping weight: 975 lbs.
Critical6" of space behind kiosk for proper airflow. 36" clearance in front for the door to fully open during maintenance.
Obtain SSID and Wi-Fi password. Requires 2.4GHz band. Minimum 15 Mbps symmetrical. Hotspot is acceptable if no fixed Wi-Fi is available.
Contact your local Health Department. Obtain all required permits. Schedule inspection if required by your jurisdiction.
