Due to food safety and sanitary regulations, all consumable product sales are final.

Returns are not accepted once products have shipped.

If product arrives damaged, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Approved damage claims may result in replacement or credit at the sole discretion of 99 Innovations LLC.
